I changed my rack and pinion, axles and struts on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline, my Vsa light comes on when the truck start to move.

 

I believe the VSA operates off a "yaw sensor" that detects if the wheel is centered properly and a steering angle sensor. Yaw sensor should be in the center console towards rear end of it. Steering angle sensor is in the steering column.


A) If you replaced with an aftermarket rack does it have all the same connectors as the OE one and are they all hooked up?

B) Did you make sure the rack was properly centered before install?

 

I suspect a wheel sensor might be a simple initial check. But the list of things that can illuminate the VSA light is long.
