Take a $20,000-$23,000 miserable rolling compromise of lazy engineering and hollow marketspeak with an invented target audience about this || much larger than the ZDX's... hand out several copies to the tuning houses so they may develop $$$ boutique parts that ultimately string the engine out to the point that it's almost as quick as a stock $22,000 Civic Si that seats more people and has that same amount (and more) potential for improvement, without worries of draining a battery and having the car go flaccid on your spirited drive.

They better? Why bother?

Very nice response but I am still hoping for the best. I will reserve my own personal judgment until I myself get to drive a CRZ. As for the engineering point of view, I am pretty sure Honda spent a quite few hundred or even a few thousand hours on this car, so let's not bash the engineers. Instead, let's bash the bean counters!

I am truly hoping that the CRZ will be a tipping point for the better for Honda.

I like it. Nothing to extreme, just a simple stance, with some sick *** calipers. I want a set

Definitely. It's nice to see that car down to that light of weight. Makes you realize how much luxury and on-road safety is built into the chassis.
