what 4 lug fits on a fit?
hey guys just wondering who knows... or who has done this? i know the yello K20 fit has 5 lug but i have no idea of how to get ahold of the people who built it to ask them...
I know there is the 4-5 lug adapters, but how safe are they to drive on, on a daily basis?
Any answers will be awsome, thanks HT

Re: WHAT 5 LUG FITS ON A FIT??? (4doorgsr905)
no adapters are safe. like 80% of wheel offs are from spacers and adapters. Those are Discount Tire's statistics- we won't even work on them (I work there)

there is nothing "direct bolt-on" for the fit to have 5 lug
everything is custom and will require fabrication and trial and error of different parts

Matt, you are going to have to get the hubs pressed in from a DC5 and you should contact a company to have brackets made for your fit. I believe it was something crow that made them. They make 4 lug drum to disc conversion kits so you don't need to replace the trailing arm for the 96-00 civics, and I've seen that they offered kits for newer models too (ie. the fit). I'll get more info for you later, I have to check into my resources I saved on that stuff.

why?
some people like to have certian wheels that are not offered in 4x100
( me included)
its the only option if you dont wanna ruin your wheels and get them redrilled

the way the JDM fit's have 5 lug is very simple and bolt on, but the USDM fit is different, due to the lower control arms and shock setup
here's another look at the j's racing k24 fit

That car belongs to N1 Concepts. They imported the car and I believe it's easier to do the 5 lug on the JDM versions since the suspension is slightly different.

Many people said the Parts of DC5 could fit, but nobody knows it really. Don't let my money and time trouble you.
