You would have to get the vehicle's trouble code(s) read with an OBD II reader/scanner capable of reading Honda SRS trouble codes. Some auto parts stores may do this for free; but, they need the proper scan tool.

The trouble code(s) will help narrow down the areas causing the trouble code(s). Sometimes further diagnostic/testing may be require to further narrow the cause instead of just parts replacement.
