Shock/spring replacement advice
Hi all. First post on this forum but long time HT reader!
Just recently started driving my Honda Fit again but I'm really out of the loop when it comes to aftermarket stuff now. Over a year ago a loaded up my car well past it's max load with a big liquor order for a restaurant I managed. Needless to say the back shocks are sort of blown. The rear of the car is squishy if you push it down and it sometimes bounces a little while driving. It's not super bad hence me ignoring it for so long but I'd like to get it fixed.
Now I was thinking rather than just replacing the rear shocks I could use this as an opportunity to upgrade the suspension a little? I was thinking a budget shock and spring combo that rides fairly close to stock with a mild drop.
Not looking to spend a whole lot of money. Probably looking to sell it in a year or so seeing as I've had it for nearly 5, but I still wanna have fun with it for the time being!
Any suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks.

Swift springs & KYB shocks.
Another idea for future overload conditions- look up Monroe Air Shocks for GD3 Fits on the fitfreak forums. Those will improve the ride, and can allow up to an extra 1200 lbs. of cargo. I had the air shocks of my GD, and now have them on my GE. Carried 960 lbs. of cinder blocks in the GE plus two adults through mountain roads with no handling issues and no bottoming out. The air shocks are available on Amazon.com and probably on eBaymotors too for around $75.00 U.S. per pair.
Also check the DIY forum section on www.hondafitforums.com for more info. on Monroe MA-811 (the kit that fits GD Fits) Air Shocks. Member macbuddy posted some personal experience with his air shocks in mid-2008, same with member Villageidiot.
