Lumpy idle and stalling when cold
I'm a little over 50k miles now and have noticed that my lumpy idle when cold and stalling is getting worse. From a cold (overnight) start you can feel the car shaking, see the tach bouncing, and from the back you can hear that the exhaust pulses are very rough. The stalling occurs when I shift into neutral when I'm about to stop for a red light. Usually it'll fire right back up but sometimes it takes 2 tries before she'll idle. Once warmed up everything smooths out.
I pulled the EGR and saw very little soot build-up in there. Do you guys think she needs a new set of plugs already? Lately my gas mileage has dropped from 33mpg down to 29-30 even though I'm trying to get better mileage. I just wanted to see if anyone else has run into this and if they fixed it.
