Hi all...

As stupid as it must sound but i have done damage to the steering lock by inserting a wrong key in the ignition...

I have a jap imported Honda FIT GD1 here in Ireland...

Yesterday i inserted a bicycle key in to the ignition... how, just pure stupid accident... it went easy but then got stuck in... when i realized the mistake and tried to pull it out... i had to call the rescue squad from my insurance company... they came and after 20 minutes of struggle the key came out... however now i cannot unlock the steering with the original key i have... the mechanic gave many explanation for it....

can anyway give me a solution for the issue...
