honda fit, cold feet
The heat blows fine out of every vent except the one down at my feet. Plus, when the controls are on the "FOOT' setting, hot air comes out of the top vents (not blown by fan, just hot) What do you thinK?

If you still have an active warranty, see a dealer for warranty repair. If you aren't covered by warranty, buy a Honda Fit repair manual and fix it yourself.

The cable controlling the door that directs air has probably slipped in it's bracket. A few people have had this problem. Not too hard to fix.
Take out your glovebox and look at the top of the heater box and see if you can see marks on the plastic cable that it has slipped.
Or if you have bad luck you may have to take the radio out and check the same thing at the end of the cable by the levers that control the position of the air direction
Then either way move the cable back to it's original position
