hid question
well my gf she got some hids put in a while ago, but there was no high beam, it was ok tho cuz the lights where bright enuff that we dint need highs, but now people saying its not gona pass inspection because theres no high, is this true? do i just buy a pair of bi-xenon bulbs to solve the problem or do i need a whole new hid kit
Some states require both high- and low-beam. I know PA is one of them.
I say you have two options.
1.) Just unplug the HIDs and put the stock bulbs back in for inspection.
2.) ditch the HID setup you have now, buy a bi-xenon kit and retrofit it so you don't blind every one else.

You get the HID projectors from a vehicle that had them stock, then cut/drill your stock headlight to fit, and then secure the projectors in place.
