What are common things to look for in a used Fit, auto trans in particular. Anything to watch for, high mileage issues? Appreciate your feedback.

 

depends on what generation you are talking about, but mostly fits suffer from bad coilpacks and thats about it. its been pretty common for people to change out one or two coil packs every 100k or so

The op might want to check valve clearances also. And for sure check your sprak plugs to see if they are installed tight enough there have been several cases of loose plugs blowing out of the head.
