If the cars running fine and youve got no problems just reset the codes. The easiest way is to leave the battery off for an hour or so and the code should get reset although im not too sure of the procedure on your car

If the cel light comes on then off then on sometimes then its the wires or spark related. But if its on all the time then maybe you have burned valve.

your car is in dire need of a valve adjustment asap! If a valve adjustment doesnt cure the misfires, have a leak down test performed...you may have burnt valves. this is a VERY common issue in crv's (i bought my crv with the exact same problem...had an exhaust valve with a 1/4" chip missing from the side of it)
