use your original harness from the old motor and add the required plugs if need be. take a look in the faqs section to figure out what you need to do. its not hard to swap an engine even if it is your first. take a ponder in there, there is tons of information to be had.

also is/was your car dpfi or mpfi?

if you have a civic Si, then the only thing you will really have to change is the distributor wiring.

You should already be at Multi port if you are at a civic si.

DPFI has a carburetor-like manifold with two injectors, MPFI is a smaller regular looking manifold with 4 injectors.
Here's my MPFI-Swapped Civic if your manifold is taller with a black covering it's DPFI

it's a straight swap over. Car should start right up. If it doesn't crank it for like 5 minutes and it'll fire; sometimes the engines sit for a while and are a little hard to get going again.

Oh cripes. Mine just plugged right in, but someone might have done something weird to my car before.

ummmmmmmmmmm

you can depin the plug and get the one off the old harness and put the pins in? Just match the colors up. THat's my best advice.
