Default Will EG springs fit an EF8?

A local guy is selling some kg/mm springs that are for an EK/EG/DC2, and I was wandering if they'll fit my EF8?

i can't answer that but as a reference i was sold 1991 integra da springs and they did'nt fit, they went it but the coils were a bit thicker so they did'nt totally seat right in strut, raised instead of lowering it too because they were so much stiffer so if the springs he's selling you say they'll fit a DC teg i'd check it out first

there is a faq in this CRX / EF Civic section. Go there and click on:

*Ben Ogle's Hybrid (EG, DA, DC) Suspension Comparison

in the suspension section

From the FAQ.
Aftermarket stuff:
Springs: DA, EG, and DC drop springs all fit but you probably don't want to use them because they were made for a heavier car and wont give you the drop they advertise. Coilovers, however, are fair game from 88-00 civics and integras. The integra versions tend to come with stiffer springs than the civic ones so keep that in mind.

Thankyou.

What he quoted and here's some more.

I just did the hybrid conversion on my 4 door.. I have a 91 EX which already has the bigger 10.5" discs, so all I had to do was get the EG forks and Struts(bought AGX's by some idiot who told me they were for EF's, no biggy) and of course I'm using my adjustible coil over sleeves. Ma car handle perfectly now and I have even more adjustability now. Everything bolted up with out any mods. Remember..if you use the EG forks your struts are longer...If your gonna slam it I'd stear clear and find something that will work for your EF only.
