Wheel stud replacement/ hub modification question
Ok on our years we dont have the little notch like the DC's do to remove the studs easily.
So how bad is it if I make that little groove to remove and install the studs easily?
I did a search and it seems like people are going back and forth. Im about to put some new studs in because when I bought the car couple were messed up in the front.
Thanks

Um no I wont do that...
That ruins my stud...
Im wondering about grinding the hub... to have a small spot like the DC's come with stock.

Just grid the hub. It's not much metal, and it's pretty soft too. I used a dremmel with regular low grit sandpaper heads to grid mine down. Worked perfectly. No cutting on the stud either.
