What's wrong with my LSD!!! Need help!!!!!
I finally got my built ZC finished and went to go break in the motor. I have a L3 LSD ( i think that's what it's called). Basically if i go slow it's ok, but if i give it some gas it goes absolutely nowhere, stutters like crazy, feels like it's slippin. What the hell is wrong with this thing. Am i screwed, did i get sold a grenaded LSD, if so thanks alot SPARK RACING you bunch of ********. I have 89 Integra axles and hubs ( by the way it's a 91 hatch) , it's exactly the same setup i had when my old ZC was in so it can't be that. Any help would be great. Thanks

Re: What's wrong with my LSD!!! Need help!!!!! (chadmasterc)
The clutch is slippin. I think we may have found the problem. After about an hour of adjusting that god damn clutch cable, we determined that it was too long. So we shimmed the bottom of the cable with washers and that seemed to help slightly. But as i suspected before the tranny is ****. I believe there are some metal chunks in there. When you start goin through the gears it'll be smooth then it seems like it hits something. Then it'll be a bitch to get into reverse, but when it does go in, then it's a bitch to get into first or third or even neutral. So i have a feeling there's a broken gear tooth in there causing havoc. We'll see when i drop the bitch and pop open the case tomorrow.

Oh no no my friend, they are ********, because there IS a broken piece of something in there. I just have to drop the tranny and take the case off to find out.
