I have Skunk2's with Tokico HP's in the front and KYB AGX's in the rear. The ride is a little stiff, but not intolerable.

It's probably irrelevant, but this is the setup for the ITA CRX. 500f 700r eibach race springs with carrera coil overs and koni double adj race shocks. It is great on the track, but I can't imagine how it would be on the street.

eibach sportlines, their pretty good, and it sits just right

I have Eibach pro kit springs w/ Koni yellow shocks they are only single adjustable but still very good ride. I use my car for autocross, sometimes work car. With the ST anti-sway bars and Nitto drag radials the car corners like a cart with just a hint of oversteer at the limit .

what are the spring rates on Eibach's pro-kit? i'm looking for a setup thats has a good firm ride that will mainly be driven on the streets but will also see a few track days at area road courses. i think a 400f/300r with 22mm swaybars f & r would be acceptable.

i'm thinking i might end up going the groundcontrol sleeve-type coilover set up because of their available custom spring rates and eibach springs.

any comments?

Eibach prokit springs are progressive. They are great on the street with a not soft but comfortable ride, When you get on it they stiffen right up the harder I push the stiffer they feel (thats how a progressive spring should
work)The ST anti-sway bars help alot, with the setup I have I get nothing but complements on the autocross corase on how well it handles. I am very happy with the results and the lack of maintenece needed to up keep this setup(which is none)
