Yes, it is them.
Because they make stock honda rims! I won 3 sets of enkei, 2 of them honda rims!
Now, they look like those old school prelude rims! Or those limited edition EF rims, or wast it the 3rd gen? I dunno.

There are a few companies that made that type of wheel back in the day.
Epsilon, MSW, Rial to name a few.
they look like Epsilons to me. I have a set on my M3.

I thought all civics (minus the current gen) were 4 x 100?

Wooops my bad. I say 88 prelude rims. That body style. They where 4x114 no? Cause I see alot of them up here with those style rims, actually looks very good!

Not sure if they are rare or not...still trying to figure out exactly what wheel they are. You know they almost look like Wed Southerns (well minus the serious offset)
