The 1st plug looks like it could be the pressure switch for the AC. Does the car have AC or used to have AC?
If the intake manifold does not have a spot for those vacuum lines, then just plug them. Won't hurt anything. I had two that needed pluggin after my swap.

I'm rocking that setup. The other fan is only for the AC compressor anyway, so you don't need it if you don't have AC.

Re: Swap help........... PLEASE (KiLlInG 562)
the vacuum line without the T on it is your map sensor and the actual vacuum lines arent needed anymore but the wires to the sensor those hoses are hooked to need to be brought over to the MAP on the IM. that will sove one of your vac probs. not sure about the other i plugged it on one of my swaps.
