Should i grab this RT 4wd Civic wagon?
Sorry no pics, A co-worker of mine is selling his old RT 4wd wagon(5 speed+ granny low) for $150. he just so happened to have the front seats removed. Found that if I sit in the rear seat, I fit with room to spare, (if a bit reclined.)
The engine will need a rebuild. But the rest of the car is in fair shape, interior is still clean, transmission and other driveline parts are good. Rust is limited to few spots around the fender flares and spot on the rear quarter panel.
Shall I go for it?

Clean does not = rebuild, rust and no seats
