Your ground is "crappy" is the best words for it. I used to have mine grounded on the spare tire mount and it was fine until surface rust started. Now I'm on the shock tower, no problems there.

It wont turnover but the starter works??
Check the clutch switch on the clutch pedal or the little white peice that inserts in to the brake pedal it pushes the switch in.

i tried jumpstarting it and it doesn't work and the ground is where the spare tire mount is at and its clean and good and i know it sounds wierd about the starter but i took it out and went to change it at autozone and when they tested it, it passed so i don't know what the hell is up with this car

Re: (lrcrx90)
The 100 amp fuse isn't enuff..
There's so much current going thru the wire to the standard car stereo maxi fuse that it'll start arching and eventually ruin the contacts on the fuse..
U can solve ur problem like so...
Mount the distribution block on the firewall take the wire going from the fuse block and put the other end in one of the inputs.. Then take a wire and run it from the starter to the other input...
Run ur heavy gauge wire 0-4 gauge from the output on the distribution block, thru ur firewall, and all the way back to where ur battery is relocated then instead of using a 100amp fuse, use a 100amp circuit breaker... They are a lot more stable...
Connect one side of the wire to the breaker and then use another length of heavy gauge wire to connect the other side of the breaker to the terminal on the battery... And there u have it...
If u need pics of my setup lemmie no ur email and ill send u some

OP, the same exact thing was happening to me. here's the distribution block i have:

100 amp fuse was the biggest i could find also, and the starter kept blowing it. so i got this breaker, and it's all gravy now:

get urself a real fuse holder... something anl style. i've done a couple custom car's here at CC where we've put like 3 battery's in the trunk and the anl fuses work perfectly. they have anl fuses rated at 300 amps over here... i only use the 125, or 150 ones per line. it depends on what ur doin. just sounds like u have too small of a fuse. i don't trust circuit breakers tho... they do get stuck ya kno.

If not you probably are not getting a good enough connection bare metal FTW

I agree with this guy make sure all grounds are good and what codes are u getting are u getting a code 20 this happened to my car last week the car shut off and wouldnt start up any more no power any where except for some light in the cluster and the beeping door thing. so check all the grounds under the dash there are two and the one on top of the thermostat and the ones out behind the head lights they mount to the body next to the intake and the other side. It is defenetly the ground some where.
