I was surprised to find that 1990 CRX seats wouldn't bolt into my 1991 Civic Hatch

had to weld new seat frames :-(

Just curious - how did you manage to weld in the seat frames? Did you make new rails on the floor or find a way to make a rail and weld it to the seat bottoms?

As for the integra seats fitting, a good idea is to find someone who has done it. Lots of people told me the CRX seats I bought would "bolt right in" yet none of them had done it and in fact they don't.

thats the same problem that I am looking to avoid, I have been told that they bolt up but have no way to comfirm it, I know that CRX's and Civic have different floor pans so the seat are not interchangable. I tried to comfirm this the redpeperracing.com on the forums, but the site seams to be down.
