Re: Road Race/Time attack sedan build
And so the work begins again!!! 3yrs sitting on Jack stands and an evo later Im Back to work on Bernadette but I'm not stopping until she is finished this time. Since I last posted I stitch welded the front subframe and had it powder coated and actually bolted all the suspension in. I lost the bracket that holds the pass. Side of the steering rack in so if anyone has one laying around I have cash in hand lol my current project is finishing up the rear k mount and making a new front and rear bumper support with some latches from quik-latch.com for the bumper mounting and retapping all the other bolt holes

As far as time attack goes, it's all in the torque. You don't really get nice stretches to hit your top end a lot. That's where staying NA with bigger displacement will net you a lot of gains.
But I am still stuck on the sound of a BOV! haha. Loooove it.

engine longevity dictates that the stock k-series will outlast a turbo LS on a regularly tracked car...and will more likely have less problems

Anyways, it's his build. He or she, I honestly don't even know, can do whatever they want. I just said I wasn't sold on the K-swaps yet.
