Default Really Really smokey exhaust... HELP PLEASE!

I got all new bearings, rings, honed cyl's. and a z6 vtec head on a d15b1 block. its all converted over to obd1... I have a TON of oil in my exhaust pipes and it smokes like a motha. I am wondering what it may be? maybe a bad valve seal or what? I havent even put 40 miles on the motor yet but all my oil splatters out of the end of my pipe

I would talk to the engine builder about it. Sounds like something isn't sealing properly. Could be many things.
