When I do an all wheel disk brake conversion on my hatch do I need the crx si brake master cylinder?

no. you might want to snag the proportioning valve from a donor EF with rear disks or a DA integra, but it's optional.

thanks man oh and i'm not sure exactly but I understand that only the 90-91 ef sedans have rear disk brakes. Am I right?

oh yeah I'm sorry I knew that what I meant was that the dx and hf hatches and crxs didn't have them, my bad.

nope..i'm pretty sure the 90-91's has disc breaks...cuz i've had 3 90 Si's and all of them had rear discs

only 90-91 CRX Si had rear disc brakes. civic Si's did not. even 90-91 civic 4dr sedans had rear drums. although that sedan had bigger front brakes than the crx and thus a bigger MC.

what brakes parts are you changing?
