Default quick axle question

I tried to search but "the archive is currently disabled." Are automatic b18a axles the same as manual b18a axles? I can get my hands on auto axles real easily for my b18b swap, but will they work? PS the ecu won't work right?

Go to a parts store and have them cross reference the part numbers.

Automatic axles are the same, the halfshaft is not. I have used an automatic LS ecu in my 91 SI and never had a problem. It works there is no diff.
