Default Project Pretty Bay

Finally going to start the wire tuck on my Wagon.

Plans:
~Weld Up any Unused/Un Needed Holes in the fire wall.
~Full Wire Tuck
~Super sexy Custom Mill-spec Wiring Harness. (with firewall mount Cam-lock Plug)
~Relocate Battery to.... somewhere out of the E-Bay
~Hide/relocate My HID Ballasts

Now i want to relocate the Fuse box. But i don't want it under the dash like i did my Hatch. Was way to inconvenient.
Looking for a Universal/or so Mini-fuse block that i can tuck somewhere out of the way.
Any ideas on that?

Pix will be up soon!
Headlight wire-tuck will start tomorrow!
Till then....!

I was hopin to put my sub amp under the passenger seat. And by putting it in the glove box then I, welll, wouldn't have a glove box. I was thinking if I could find a clean, shiny, respectable fuse box I could actually mount it on the bay. As long as it looked good. What are the" qualifications for our fuse boxes? Or could any universal be used?

throw it behind the center console area, then when you need to get to it, pull it out, then when youre done just sove it back behind it.

well dont bother ur slef and biuld a fuse box, u will do a full wire tuck dont make it harder, wut if u place it under the wiper cover, but it will be hard to reach, i was thinking about something like this build a room to protect it from rain and so, bad idea lol, are u going to get some bolts to ur bay?

Bolts to my bay?
What do you mean?

I have been through the wiring diagram of the factory fuse box, and building one would be easy!!!
I just don't know if i can build one smaller that the one already in it.

I'm thinking i would mount it on the metal brace, under the center dash console, right under the radio. and all i have to do is pull 4 screws and lift it off.

But idk yet.

I hated the way the wire tuck cam out under the dash of my hatch. it scarred me.

not enough room if your keeping your heater vents n such.

Things always go slow with me. Even my Car. haha

The head is pulled of my car, and at the machine shop. And i dont even want to talk about the damage found.

But while there is no head on the car, there is alot more room to work!!!

Getting rid of all this crap on the strut tower.

All gone! Its magic! haha

My new pretty tucked wire harness

Un-looming all the wires and pullin them throught.

And now everything is stuffed under my dash... man its tight under there! i still need to run the headlight wire harness under here too...

I pulled the auto seatbelt computer out and cut all the legs of it, made it alot more compact! now i can fit the fuse block behind the center.
Its not pretty, but its functional.

But it all fits behind the cover plate!

And now, you can even see the stuff!
I just wish i had a running motor in so i could test everything!!

More pix to come, but im just too tires to do any more tonight

LS-V is in, and engine harness is installed
Battery is in the trunk, all cables are run,
just havin fun with ground cables right now.
I have one on the tranny, one off the intake manifold, one off the valve cover and Im gonna do 1 on the head.

Any more i should do? With the Battery all the way in the trunk i want to make sure this thing is good and grounded, without running a ground cable all the way.

Also, i need to shorten the throttle cable because it looks waaay too long, and i want to find a longer Clutch cable. So i can run it all the way around the head. What car should i get it from? any ideas?

Also, i came up with an idea for my intake.
I know that its corny and cheesy, but i dont care.
I was cheap so and i figured why not.

And yes,i have another intake to run as well, but this one i thought was just kool.

On the left side is the pieces i was using for an in intake originally.

On the right is my new material.
I still need to cut it down, and angle it, but its just for messing around anyway
