Re: o2 sensor stuck? (7PSI CRX)
first take the header off the car.
Then take a proper fitting 6pt wrench, Hold the exhaust in a vice. Tap the end of the wrench with a hammer.
A torch can help

oxy acetylene. if you take the header out as suggested you should'nt need the torch. just get a good wrench on it and tap with hammer, also suggested, it should unstick.

No need for the torch..
1) soak the threads in wd-40 do NOT get it on the actual O2 sensor
2) next day go and buy the O2 sensor sock (picture posted above)
3) Use an impact wrench and viola!
4) Good luck because your going to need it..it took me a while but i got it
The socket is only 9.99 at autozone

I never knew that socket was so cheap. I always had a friend stand on the header or cat and then I would use an open ended wrench and put my foot to it. Works like a charm.

mine was stuck a while back aswell
run the car so it gets hot, like really hot
hit it with some liquid wrench
unplug the o2 and use a closed box wrench on it

Re: (BlackCRX)
when mine died in the stock manifold, i just bought a header. but with a wrench, some penetrating oil and some heat, you'll be able to get it out.

I would recommend changing the gasket.

You dont have to change the gasket.
If it starts to seperate then you might want to.
Ive ran 3 different headers with the same gasket, still good. Just torque to spec dont overtighten thinking it will seal better

Wd-40 is not a penetrating lube, pb blaster and liquid wrench is. You should only need the socket though.
