strip it with a sandblaster or aircraft stripper, and then rinse it nice and clean. then spray it with some primer and your rustoleum gloss color of choice. (or whatever other color/brand you might be fond of lol)
i've painted the 2 vc's i have like 6 different times now lol, but here's one i did in gloss blue metallic.
and this is the color i've had on most recently, and for the longest period of time thus far lol. its not a rustoleum color though, it's a color changing type paint from duplicolor called mirage.

you'll have to get someone else to chime in on that one lol, or just try searching around for info pertaining to aftermarket b16 camshafts.

Re: My Crx and a cluster question
Best way to get your et's down without spending money? TRACK TIME. Once you can drive it to its absolute potential then worry about spending money again. Good set of tires will help . I would deff invest time into making passes. Number one way to lower et's . Practice makes you better at anything. Also clutch feathering is the biggest thing to practice that will help . The faster your short times are the better the time will be on the big end. Then once you get the launching down, good set of d/r's or even slicks . Then you get to do the launch practice all over again. Hope that helps. That looks like some sort of anti reversion chamber header. Deff bad *** looking.
