mpfi with gsr swap?

mpfi with gsr swap?
alright i have a 90 lx sedan, my friend is sellin me his gsr engine, trans, axles,harness, mounts, ecu(p28), obd1 convertion harness, shift linkcage, anyways its coming out of his 91 hatch dx, well anyways my car at the moment is dpfi, will i have the do the mpfi change to my car first or i wont have to do it because of his car alredy being converted to mpfi and his givin me his harness and ecu?

if he did the mpfi conversion properly then ,yes,use his engine wiring harness and plug it into your car,,,you both have dx cars so it will plug right in....And if everything was running perfect in his car,,just hook it up just like he had it ...
remove your engine harness,,plug his modified version in your car,,then plug in the obd1 jumper at the ecu plugs,then plug in the p28 to the obd1 jumper plugs,,blah,blah you get the point..
