mini-me questions
hey guys
i just got a z6 head, intake manifold and vtec solenoid from a friend out of his 94 si. i really wanna do a mini-me on my 91 CRX DX, but i had a couple questions. first time trying anything like this, so any and all info is appreciated.
1 - are the d15b2 block and d16z6 head compatible?
2 - can i keep the car dual point, or is the multi point swap necessary?
3 - if i do the swap to multi point, what parts do i need as far as harnesses/sensors? are these included in the engine harness?
4 - is my crx OBD-0? if so, that means i have to do an OBD-1 conversion, huh?
5 - anybody have the before and after numbers as far as HP and CR?
thanks again!

Re: mini-me questions (mr_willy_g)
yes they are compatible....you have to remove the oil jet in the back of the block between the 2nd and 3rd cylinder....
if you don't do multipoint don't bother with the swap
I think you actually get more hp from just doing the mpfi swap and sticking with the stock head than a dpfi mini-me.
I think your CR will be around 10.1
yes you can leave it obd0 but that is ghetto....if you gonna spend the time to do it....do it right the first time...convert to obd1 get a virgin ecu and run it the way it was meant to be run
also just get an obd1 conversion harness from rywire...way simple
