Default MINI ME HELP!!!

So I put a D16z6 head on my 88 EF hatchback D15b2 block. Everything is installed and ready to go except the wiring. I would like to use my DPFI engine harness. Anyone know how to do this? I'm using a d16z6 distributor, p28 ecu, z6 intake, and y8 injectors. I do not need an injector resistor box for this??? If so how do I run the injector wires? BTW the z6 Timing belt did not work for this application... way too much slack. I had to use a y8 timing belt, which fit perfectly. All threads state otherwise. I have yet to see a thread for this wiring without an injector resistor box. Any info would be great even if you just point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

ANYONE KNOW THE INJECTOR WIRING FOR THIS WITHOUT INJECTOR RESISTOR BOX??? Question still wasn't answered and all the threads say search or something stupid like that. I need straight answers so I can get my car back on the road. All the posts I've found are just for running IRB with obd0 inj... I don't need that. DPFI to MPFI wiring for D16y8 injectors is what I need. Please help me.
According to one thread I found, it says run yellow/black to the injector power block... what/where is that?

Also, do I need to rewire the O2 sensor?

d15b2 block (was DPFI)/ alternator/ starter
d16z6 head/ intake (MPFI)/ throttle body/ distributor
D16y8 injectors

I also have an ECU jumper that has a bundle of extra wires coming off the three plugs on P28 ecu.

add the other 2 injector wiring (search mpfi swap, here in the FAQ @ top of forum) ,convert the dizzy plugz/wiring,and the "bundle of wires" is for vtec, vtec oil pressure,knock,etc... (Hint, some sellers of OBD1 conversion harnesses have wiring diagrams on their sites to help w/ the "bundle" wiring lol)

Hey thanks for the help, but I just bought a 90 4 door ex mpfi wire from the junkyard for $100, going to use the injectors from that car with the injector resistor box. Do I need to convert the O2 sensor on exhaust or will it be okay?

OK, so to hook up vtec I just need to wire VTEC solenoid to A4 and VTEC Pressure Switch to D6 on my p28 ecu? Again, do I need to convert the O2 sensor on exhaust or will it be okay? Anything else important I need to do?

YOU CANNOT USE THAT EX MPFI HARNESS on ur DPFI harnessed car mang! (no workie unless ENTIRE cabin harness from 90-91 ex sedan used-there's NO PLUG @ LEFT SHOCK TOWER TO PLUG THAT EX HARNESS INTO!) Go ahead, try -you'll see this... Pretty bad when Some1 tells you what to do,and then ya ignore it and spend 100.00 for no reason, none! YOU HAVE TO MODIFY YOUR DPFI HARNESS NEWB! IF YOU WOULD"VE READ THE FAQ @ TOP OF THE DAMN PAGE LIKE TOLD TO ,YOU WOULD"VE SAVED 100.00 Yo! But,to each their own re-inventing the wheel and what not.Shaking my head...

I just did this... But I used a y8 head on my a6 block. First off you need to convert your dpfi to mpfi. There are several right ups on how to do this here is a link http://hondaswap.com/swap-articles/d...writeup-49557/. For my setup I used the resistor box. I also bought the rywire obd0 to obd1 conversion harness that was completely plug and play. Here is the link http://www.rywire.com/catalog/obd0-m...kage-p-69.html. Everything was pretty straightforward. If you really do not want to use your resistor box you need obd1 injectors which are saturated. Google is your friend...
