Default ls swap breaking up bad at partial throttle

91 civic hb dx mpfi converted
jdm b18b/gsr trans
obd0 da dizzy and pr4 ecu

So my car runs fine until it warms up and i drive it for like 5 minutes after that then its start breaking up real bad under partial throttle. If i let off and get into it it takes off, sometime it hesitates for a sec then goes.

Some other info
The car is open header(hytech rep wont fit on my exhuast due to the 2.5 collector) im hoping to get something made tomorrow.
Also im throwing code 17 for my speed sensor, its not hooked up since the gsr trans has an electric one. Ill be getting a mechanical one soon.
Gettin code 12 which is the egr lift valve. I found out its an automatic ecu.. its a pr4-A52.

No other Codes

Things ive done.
Iacv and FITV both cleaned and adjusted due to idle issues before.
New cap/Cleaned the rotor
New plugs/Wires
New fuel filter
Swapped and calibrated Tps .5v and 4.45v @WOT
Tried adjusting the dizzy
Seafoam through brakebooster line (before putting new plugs, wires etc...)

Idk what else to try. Will the speedo not being hooked up cause this? or having an automatic pr4?

As soon as i have time to go tothe junkyard i will pick up a speedo and m/t
pr4.

What else could it be? Any input would be great, This is my dd and i want it to run correctly.

Thanks

Gs-r trans?

is it manual? If it is get the right ecu ASAP.

Also sounds like a vac-leak. Get someone to hold it steady around 2500 (or wherever it seems to have issues) and start spraying carb cleaner on the vac lines. If you find it gets fixed at a specific line, replace the line or tighten it.

yeah its manual, Im working on gettin the ecu, I cant really try the vac leak thing because it dosnt really break up when its not in gear. Ive tested for vacleaks at idle and it was fine.

Anyother ideas?

Heres a better description:
When im driving and it starts breaking up i have to power through it, sometimes its so bad i cant. Then randomly it drives good again, and maybe 5 minutes or less its starts breaking up again.

When it breaks up its pretty random, most of the time its when im in 5th gear cruising but when it happens downshifting dosnt do anything, and sometimes its when im pulling away from a stop light, Thats when its the worst cause the car wont go anywhere so i have to give it way to much gas and finally it catches and goes. As i look like an idiot spinning through an inersection in first gear...

Also checked my timing with a timing light today and its good.

Im gonna try to find an ecu at the junkyard tomorrow and see what happens.
Also does anyone know if a speed sensor not being hooked up will do this? i never heard of that with ef's

My ls swap was doing a similar thing to this as well. Turned out the fuel pressure regulater vacuum hose was connected to the wrong line. Swapped it to the right spot and it went away as well as increasing my gas mileage a ton.

So my guess would be fuel pressure regulator or vaucuum line. I know you said you checked vacuum at idle but that often doesnt show the leak

My advice, fix all your issues first. Then let us know what it is still doing afterwards.
