Coilovers go the lowest, but if your looking for opinions I wouldnt max them out. Ride like ****, handle like ****, rub like ****, bottom out like ****, dent exhaust like ****, make mudflaps obsolete (didnt say ****) but whatever trips your trigger. If you want springs that offer a decent drop that is close to no gap with stock wheels/tires....Eibach sportline springs. www.tirerack.com has them at a good price. I run the Eibach pro-kit ones and with stock sized wheels tires, I have about a 2 inch gap between fender and tire. Bottom of oil pan is around 5.5 icches high. I can fit my fist with thumb half extended between ground and bottom of motor. Just an FYI

Do yourself and the rest of us a favor and just dont lower the hell out of it. Think about how the suspension will work and what you are going to use it for. Just slamming a car is just a wait if you want to do that then just cut your springs because obviously you wouldnt care about the actually ride and handling of the vehicle.

I have Eibach pro's and its a modest drop. About an 1.5 to 2 inches of wheel well gap.

Why not get air bag set up? They make kits with the bag's in the struts. If your not going to be out cornering it would allow you to slam it so your almost draggin and raise it up to almost stock for when you need to use your car as a car. Few of my friends had/have bagged trucks and can still haul quads or trailers. Just a thought.
