Keep it up man, sometimes we have to fully rebuild when we aren't happy. I'm doing almost the same thing with my Ls1 Miata right now (except stripping all its paint off haha), been changing around allot of stuff. Keep up the good work

Have you considered using a single-stage urethane paint? I've never cared for base/clear myself.

What happened? Read through all the pain and hard work only to see that you sold it 0_o. I have a hunch that you're abandoning the ef chassis ^_^. I'll be reading up on your next build, this was great inspiration... Until the end at least haha.

i made it to the may 7th 2011 honda tech meet with the crx, i did not make it to forum fest or end of summer meet, im gonna try to have the crx there for the june 9th meet this spring but kinda pushing it, here are some updated how the car was when i took it apart

small update i painted the back sides of the doors fenders and all the window and door jams, today im gonna hang the doors and fender start blocking the car before primmer paint should be done pretty soon sorry about the bad pics

i'm blown away at this whole transformation. pretty jealous too since my d has 307k original miles on it. i'm still trying to fix the paint/clear i just ruined. i guess the moral of my story is to not paint your car with cans when it's a high of 20 degrees in your garage.

mind if i drive up there? i'll let you rebuild and paint my car for free, dude!

very nice rexo, make sure since u have it apart to take care of the leaks,most crx's leak water on some spots
