jdm itr cams, valve springs

can some body help me to know what i got to do to put them in my rex, just got them today , paid 400 homie hook up, what kind of tools i need to put the springs in and cams .... please HELP!!!!!!!!!!

vavle spring compressor, sockets, seals, lube, and skillz. seriously, if you don't know what you're doing, let someone else do it.
