To recap:
New vacum hoses
New O2 sensor
New FPR -
New IM & TB gasket
New IACV
New FITV
TPS Checked OK
When you replaced the FITV did you tighten down the valve before you installed it?
Have you been able to clear the ECU, and properly set idle?

Had the same problem i know the head ach but i have the answer- adj your TPS if it rivited on there your have to get it off or use a different throtle body that has a TPS that is ADJ and by ADj'in the TPS and moving the dist re-tard and advanced and found the perfect ilde.let me know if it helps

Finally figured out the solution to my issue. It was the oil catch line that was bad. Acutally, it was the connector/in line filter piece that I had to replace. On that was replaced, the surging idle went away. What a relief! Thanks for the responses!
