I need a set of lite weight 15 inch RIMS, help me decide.
I am looking to get some 15 inch rims that are lite. I was looking at the Weld Racelite R/S. Being that the 17's are 11 pounds I figured the 15's must be real light. But I can't find anyone that sells them. I have only been able to find the Drag lite's. If you have any ideas for lite rims that arent extremely expensive let me know.
this is what the Welds look like.

In my recent wheel search I basically took it down to the Rota Slipstreams or the Kosei K1s... both light, both relatively affordable. Look into it

first off this is the wrong forum. This might be more appropriate in Appearances.
As far as light rims, go with what I got - K1's

Actually this isnt the wrong forum being that he didnt ask what they "look like" on car. He asked for advice. I would suggest any infamous Rota 15" wheel, preferably the circuit 8. They are light.

They make welds in a 4 bolt pattern for Hondas? I was unawre of that.. I bet they're really expensive.
Spoon is probably one of the lighest 15" wheels you can get.. Kosei K1s are good too.. I think Axis makes a really light 4 spoke rim, but I forget the specs on them..

honestly if you want some light weight wheels, go with 14" HX wheels. I've been ridin on 15" slips for months now and I put the HX wheels on yesterday and immediately felt the diff in acceleration. Only thing I needa do now is buy some nice big wide tires for em.

I love the weld super lites and Cragar versions for RWD. I never knew they made them FWD. If your in to drag racing I say screw crappy rotas and get welds. I know Summit Racing sells weld wheels. I say give them a call

Rim - the outer edge of the wheel
Hub - the centre piece that bolts the wheel to the hub of the car
Wheel - includes the rim and hub
When you get older and realize the benefits of two/three-piece wheels, you'll realize that a "rim" and a "wheel" are entirely two seperate things.

Wow, I like the look of those. 10 pounds is not bad and for $400 for a set isnt bad either. Where did you find that?

Yeah madman, I got them at a group buy price from a distributor listed on the esses.us webpage. They are called TRS racing, if you want to hit them up talk to haji, or steve. They are really nice and I am very happy with them. I will try to get some pics up of them on the rex wrapped in azenis
