Hey guys I know its not an ef but my friend has a 00' EX and he blew up the stock D16y8. I rebuilt it for him and he put in the ZC pistons and man. I really noticed it in first gear. at the top of first I was stuck in the seat. I am a DOHC guy my self but that sohc really pulls for a Single cam. The top of the gear is really where you can tell the difference. I say go for it if the SOHC IS WHAT YOU WANT.
