Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesnt really matter what the motor is. What matters is which ECU and wiring you are using.

Firt you can look at your ECU. take off the cover and undo the 4 10mm skrews. Then unplug the 3 plugs and take out your ECU. If its OBD0/non-OBD it will read PWO or PR3 with a bunch of other #'s.

Ok, this makes it all pretty easy. but if it doesnt then you will have to look up the numbers on the inside of ur ECU. The numbers you are looking for will be: bunch of numbers-(number u're lookin for)-bunch of numbers
Here is a link to the Hondata website with a tech listing of ecu's... http://www.hondata.com/techecuid.html

um look at the connectors on the distributor. if they are white and circle, then the distributor is obd-0.

Not necessarily. Ive seen others who have converted to OBD1 but chose to change the plug on the distributor side of the wiring using some extra stock "OBDO" plugs they had, instead of converting the engine harness side plugs to the Grey OBD1 plugs.
Just look at the ecu. If the ECU plugs look like the stock CRX ecu's, it will be OBD0. For the 1st gen B16's it will be a PWO or PR3. If the ECU is OBD1, the plugs will be different and someone had to repin everything or there is a harness adapter that is being used.
FYI, Pr3's come in both OBD0 and OBD1 versions from Japan!
Its just easiest to look at the ECU itself.
