why would you want it to?
maybe the ecu you has has a speed limiter on it and it won't let it go. most have to be chipped to go faster

Unless you race the question is why? The answer is get the ECU chipped (reprogramed) there is a speed limiter in the ECU on the JDM. Seems they don't like people blasting through TOKYO at faster than 120mph.
