Default h22 in EF electrical problem

can anyone tell me what the so called "electrical problem" is when it comes to swapping an H series into an EF. all i've heard is that its tricky to mate up the H series stuff with a DPFI body.

my 90 LX is converted to MPFI so should i still have this problem?

dont know what to say its pretty straight forward, use your existing harness, extend/depin/repin where needed, use a jumper harness and run it on obd1. simplest would be to run it on a p28 with a h22 map so you dont have to worry about the egr and knock sensor. but theres ways of wiring it up on a h22 ecu as well.

If it's already converted to mpfi and has the resistor wired up, just treat it like a mpfi harness. If not savy with wiring would recommend Rywire.com. If you send them your cars engine harness and the H22 and $ they will make you a custom plug and play harness that will take you 10 minutes to install and no headaches. From there just a matter of wiring up Vtec, Vtec sol, and 4 wire O2, Knock... with the OBD0-OBD1 jumper thats supplied. I use to make my own harness's but its easier to just fork out the few dollars and have a very nice clean tightly non sloppy harness plus you wont have any wiring issues or gremlins upon firing up that take a day or so of trouble shooting...
