Default Gunna do a d15b swap let me know if Im forgetting everything, this is what I gathered from searching

I am going to be doing a DPFI d15 to a MPFI D15b Vtec swap and I am trying to get everything I need before I start. Ok so I DID search and I came up with this list so far:

D15b vtec engine
ZC tranny (dont need but wanted)
clutch and flywheel (precaution) Need to know which one
rywire conversion harness
p08 or p28 ecu
Random Stuff
Radiator hoses
Spark plugs
GM synchromesh
5w30 Syn mobile one
timing belt and water pump even tho the engine only has 30-50k on it? (prolly not needed)

What else will I need, axles? are d15b obd1? and a p28 is obd2 so I would have to convert? Just hit me up with opinions please thank you

for the clutch and flywheel, that depends on your transmission.

I have been searching and what I listed above has been mentioned in the swap, but nothing specific. Also what shops in orange county would be a good place to get it all done at?

What year is your tranny that you are using, that will give you any indication on what clutch options you had. I changed the timing belt and water pump on my first d15b, but on my second one I didn't. It only had 20k on it, and the water from the old water pump was clean so, I left it on, it has been running fine since the swap, or 5 months now.

Heck, the first d15b burn oil and coolent. The new one doesn't. The p28 is a odb1, your d15b should be as well. I would look for a p08 ecu though, that way you can keep your 1 wire o2 sensor, and run the right ecu for that motor.

You put down the rywire conversion harness but which one are you getting? The dpfi to mpfi or the odb0 to odb1 conversion harness, either way you will need both. unless you are getting the dx to d15b conversion harness. But, you have to send him a dx engine harness and an si engine harness, unless you want to pay extra for the other parts. I would look into blown90hatch's conversion harness.

I didn't send anything but the money for the harness for my odb1 conversion. It was even prewired for a vafc, even though I'm not going to use one, going to run crome.
