Default grinding sound

hey guys wuick question i noticed today that my front left tire was squeaking while i was driving i took the wheel off to see if it was something rubbing and i noticed my rotor and caliper were moving a lot could it possibly be the wheel bearing>? i also had to tighten the axle nut cuz i could move it with my hand........ tire stopped squeaking but now i hear a really really bad grinding sound while im driving like i said before could that be the wheel bearing or could it be that i have an ls in my 90 civic hatch and its something to do with the axle i have no idea honestly so some ideas would be appreciated thanks

Sounds like you possibly ruined the wheel bearing by driving around with the axle nut loose.

You may also have messed up the rotor and pads. Is the caliper secure to the knuckle?
