Re: FREE!!!! need help (EF-Pimp)
i would take the (cherry bomb) which is basically a resonator and mount it a few inches behind the cat. i did that on my setup (b16a with header no cat and 2.25" piping) and it has a really quiet deep tone at idle and doesnt really get loud at lower rpms just when vtec kicks in you hear a lot of the intake making noise........plus putting the cherry bomb under the car looks a lot cleaner than seeing it from the back of your car.............

I agreee with 90crxzcgasd I have mine right behind my Catco cat and I have a chrome aftermarket muffler where the stock muffler went and a nice tip comeing out the stock location and it sound very nice not raspy or anything.
I say go with the cherry bomb and new muffler you will love the sound
later

Re: (SonicGSR98)
I also agree with 90crxzcgasd, it would look cleaner to have the cherry behind the cat and not in the stock muffler location, but with it being painted and not standing out too much it may not be too bad.

Holy chit, do you have any exhaust piping?

yes, I have about two feet of pipe. One foot for the 90dg bend and about 10" for a tip that comes out the side of the car. I was trying something a little different by making side exit exhaust behind the passenger door, lol.

Re: (RiceRacist)
Here it is, by the way in the second clip, towards the end he rolls his window down a little. It actually sounded a little more raspy then normal, I think there might be a little water in it from over the days.

Re: (90blackcrx)
Man, that sounded ******* great, exactly the tone Im lookin for. Then with my cherry it will tone it down a tad more and maybe make it a bit deeper. Really helped, thanks
