Default engine bog

I just put my itr motor from one crx into a new crx, it ran perfect before with zero problems. The car starts and will run all day, but as soon as I try to accelerate it struggles? Im running a p28 w/ neptune(obd1), fuel pressure is good, new gas, checked oil, grounds are all good, I looked as all of the pins going to ECU to make sure none slipped out, I checked everything twice and have no clue...Im sure that I just overlooked something and it is an easy fix.........thanks for reading, please help

now the check engine light comes on if the throttle is at about 80%...I tried a new tps sensor and it was still the same???? The light goes off as soon as you let off the throttle....

It's possible somehow between swaps that your TPS wires got crossed. you gotta switch the 2 wires (grn/wht and yel/wht) for dpfi upgrades to run Vtec or anyother mpfi motor. My buddy made this mistake and his car had the exact same problem, it o ly messed up and bogged under full throttle. he had switched the wires at the TB and his buddy switched them at the ECU which just reversed what he did at the TB. check that out 1st and maybe you will luck out
