ef9 jdm spoiler HELP!

Default ef9 jdm spoiler HELP!

I bought my jdm wing a while back from HT i installed it on my hatch and everything it looks tight and all but wen i pressed the brake it doesnt light up i checked to see if any fuses were blown and theyre ok, checked to see if the LED's where blown and they all work im stuck dont know what else to look for also fyi my tail and head lights work

any help on fixing this?

Check the wiring to your spoiler if you havent already. Connections and what not.

yeah i checked the plug of the spoiler and from the hatch cleaned it and still same

the only other thing i can think of that you might want to try is to get a 12v tester($3 at advance) and follow the wires from hatch to where they originate and start seeing where you loose power...

led's will only work with current going one way, unlike regular bulbs. if you swap polarity they dont light up, maybe your polarity is switched

hmm ill check that and c wats up cause wen i installed it i just clipped the jdm wing light plug to the plug where the stock wing was connected to

That should work just fine if there's power to the harness. Grab a test light like suggested and try to see where your problem is.

check the power on the wire when u step on the brakes
