ef cigarette lighters intercghangable.
I need to find a cigarette lighter assembly for my 90 civic do you know if all honda cigarette lighter assemblies are the same. there's a bunch of newer hondas on ebay but i dont know if they would plug into my harness?

Cigarette lighters are pretty basic, you can even get generic ones (like ones that fit all Hondas and Toyotas) at the auto parts store. Even if you get one that has a different harness (a newer Honda harness would likely be different), it's just power and ground. It's probably even dirt-cheap to get the actual exact part from Honda, but I would just grab any used one and make it work.
