I have a similar setup. If you're still running OBD0 you will need to use the OBD0 si dizzy and notch the holes so you can bolt it up. I would suggest going OBD1 so you can run the d16z6 dizzy.
As for fitting it WILL fit. If you're planning on running VTEC, you have to take the oil jet plug off the zc block. It's located on the top of the block towards the back between the 2nd and 3rd cyls.
I'm currently running sohc zc + d16y8 head I'm converted to OBD1 pulls as nice as my bro's b16 SIR2 crx until vtec hits then he takes off on me.
Also, don't forget to search. Most of the time, you will find what you need by searching and reading around.
