Default Crx LEAking tranny, and bad alternator

My first problem that i want to fix is my leaking tranny. I bought my car with a d16z6 swap. I had friends look at it and said who ever did the swap used obd0 stuff (Tranny, pulley...) The main problems i found is that it has a leaking tranny through the connection of the passsenger axle. There is a Gap between the axle and the tranny, i have tried everything to make the axle go all the way it but it won't. My theory about this problem is that i have the wrong axle going into the tranny, it fits and everything but the axle isn't close enough to the rubber seal which secures the oil in the tranny.
1)Is there a code on the tranny that will lead me into finding out which axles i need?
2)Is there is a difference between 1.5 and 1.6 liter axles.

My odb0 alternator won't supply enough power to the engine. its a new altenator for a crx si. Any suggestions on how i can fix this?
