If all you want to swap a motor for is to "beat Mustangs", then for the love of God, don't.
But to be helpful, I'll say a nicely built LSVTEC turbo. That should hang with the new Shelby GT.

how much do those cost to swap and im looking for a jdm front end conversion does anyone know where i can get one besides over seas

you try doing a google search?
i would guess a couple grand on the swap and you can get jdm front clips here...i would do a google search.
